A property in Bristol was found to have both rising and penetrating damp on the ground floor and first floor. Due to the internal layout, scaffolding was necessary to work on the stairwell. The rising damp on the ground floor was resolved with a course of damp proofing injections and the necessary removal and re-plastering of the source.

The penetrating damp on the first floor was resolved by removing the original salt contaminated plastering and finishing the job with a lovely re-plastering of the newly cleaned and treated area.
