If you are buying a property, it is not always clear what kind of damage may incur further costs in the future. Adc-Ltd is able to carry out a pre purchase survey to assess if any rising damp, dry rot, or wet rot is present, and if any damp proof membrane treatment is necessary. Dom did a thorough, professional and quick job. Damp proofing on 3 walls and the replacement / repair of joists and flooring damaged by damp. Good communication from the whole team throughout and the site left clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend them.
